China Bank, CBS observe longer banking hours

China Bank and its thrift bank arm, China Bank Savings (CBS), have adjusted their banking hours starting December 1, 2020 to serve more customers this holiday season.

For China Bank, regular branches are now open from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, while mall-based branches are open from Monday to Saturday, from 10 AM to 5 PM.

For CBS, regular and easi-banking branches are also open from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, except for CBS Muñoz-Jackman Branch which is open on weekdays, from 10 AM to 5 PM.

Check clearing cut-off time for both China Bank and CBS is now at 3 PM.

China Bank and CBS have been operating as many branches as practicable on shortened banking hours to serve customers’ banking needs amid the various states of community quarantine.

With the expected increase in business activity, China Bank and CBS have reverted to regular operating schedule but will continue to strictly observe health and safety protocols at their branches and offices.  They also encourage customers to use electronic banking channels, available 24/7—Mobile App, Online Banking, Phone Banking, and ATM—for transactions that do not require a branch visit.
